TEND Housekeeping Team Member
TEND housekeeping team members are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the properties managed by TEND as well as TEND private cleaning service clients. Working in the beautiful Muskokas!
SALARY
-
- This is an independent contractor position. You will be paid by the job as each property is quoted differently. Compensation is based on a revenue share. The cleaning team will make anywhere from 60-70% of the overall cleaning quote. Depending on the number of cleaners per job, this would equal to $25-$40/hr.

- Fully responsible for your own transportation
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT

- All cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment will be supplied by TEND

- You will have access to the property information provided by the Cleaning Supervisor
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
- Detailed full cleaning services for residential and vacation properties
-
- Ensure cleaning services are complete in a timely manner
-
- Responsible for all laundry; may include laundry being done off site
-
- Manage trash and recycling
-
- Communicate with Cleaning Supervisor when additional time/services are required to complete clean to TEND’s standards

- Engage in ongoing training

- Thoroughly document and provide reports for property partners and cleaning supervisor
