SUMMER EMPLOYMENT

TEND Event Server

TEND is seeking an experienced server in the Muskoka area for the summer 2023 season. We are looking for eager and driven individuals with knowledge in the food and beverage industry. This role has the option to be part time or full time.

SALARY

    • $25-$30/hour plus tips

TRANSPORTATION

    • Fully responsible for your own transportation

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS

    • Ability to work with high end clientele
    • A team player that can quickly adapt to any environment
    • Able to multitask
    • Have general knowledge of food and beverage menu
    • Great listening and communicating skills
    • Work Independently and comfortable taking decisions
    • Assist with preparation and cleaning after the event
    • Perform physical activates such as lifting
    • Stay client focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean
    • Inspect the cleanliness of all glassware and china before use
    • Present friendly demeanor to all clients
    • Anticipate guests’ needs
    • Assist other team members with various duties
