Our in house, experienced, and local property management team is on call 24/7 to effectively service your property’s needs. We simply care for your property as if it was our own. Our proactive approach to maintaining your asset and experienced department leadership are the pillars of our clients satisfaction with our services.

Pest Management

- Service starting at $6.50 per bag plus HST
Septic Tank Service
Snow and Leaf Removal
- Service starts at $45.00/hour, minimum 2 hours
Property Maintenance
Cottage Opening and Winterizing
Year Round Property Check

Property management services pricing begins at $45.00/hour at a minimum of 2 hours. For senior supervision, rates begin at $65.00/hour at a minimum of 2 hours.
