TEND employs our own team of cleaning professionals in order to have full control of the end result for our clients. Our housekeeping team adheres to our thorough 50 point cleaning checklist in order to ensure consistency and that each property gets the attention it deserves. TEND offers white linen service, small wares programs, and provides services that restock your essentials.

Cleaning

Cleaning services – $45.00/hour per cleaner. Minimum service of 2 hours. $25.00 travel fee applied plus HST

White Linen Service

Allow TEND to outfit your property with 800 thread count sheets to provide your guests with a hotel like experience. 

• Service starts at $250.00/week, $300.00/week with laundry service
• Includes:
  • Top sheet, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases
  • Up to 5 beds. Each additional bed is $35.00
  • Mattress cover available for an additional fee

Smallwares Program

Allow TEND to outfit your property with all the necessary smallwares for your guests

• Service starts at $500.00/week

Nanny Service / Housekeeper
