A stunning Lake Rosseau new build located on a gorgeous piece of classic Muskoka shoreline. Misty Morning has South-West views with all-day sun and breathtaking sunsets. The cottage is situated amongst towering pines, rock faces and is thoughtfully designed to offer lake views from every room. Misty Morning features beautiful landscaping throughout, from the main cottage down to the boathouse, and swim dock. The property offers a number of beautiful outdoor areas to spend your days, several 10 ft sliding doors which open to the spacious deck with glass railings. A picteresque Muskoka room allows you to enjoy the outdoors inside, with ample comfortable seating, TV and a stone gas fireplace. On the deck is a sectional and BBQ over an elevated long-lake view. Enjoy the hot tub or continue down flagstone steps to the firepit, boathouse and swimming dock at the water. The property also includes a grassy area for games and activities, a hammock, and an outdoor ping-pong table. Walk along the shallow sandy shore or dive off the swim dock.
